2025 Fundraiser Shirt Sales

For those that are new here, we run a very short Fundraising Campaign every year by selling custom limited edition t-shirts, a tradition started by the Kellers back in 2018. The proceeds are used to help pay for food, meals or catering at the reunions and is some years, group activities like battlefield ghost tours in Gettysburg as one example.

Tradition continued with the creation of 2 designs that you voted on and the winning design will be on our limited edition shirts. Votes have been tallied and 3 out of 4 of you prefer the simple Longhorn design.

Sales for these very limited edition shirts begin today and will run until midnight Saturday, May 31, 2025. This gives everyone 2 weeks to make their purchases, so don’t wait!

Remember, this is a one-time opportunity to own a piece of our reunion history! I’m often asked if people can buy them after the fundraiser campaign ends and I cannot since they are silk screen printed in bulk. So, make sure you order a backup if you think you’ll destroy your shirt.

Styles & Color Offerings

There are 5 products in several colors to choose from, giving you 28 total variations with sizes ranging from small to 3XL. If you need a size outside of that range or if there’s something else that you think is missing from the lineup, let me know ASAP, I’ll do what I can to make it happen.

Making a comeback this year is the 100% cotton economy tee starting at $20. I’ve also added a pink option for Haley & the ladies should they fancy a more feminine color.

I was able to secure discounted commercial USPS Flat Rate shipping rates starting at $8.75 and is the recommended option for everyone. I, like most of you, am flying this year and do not plan on checking a bag, only a carry-on. But picking up in Texas is still an option… for a price.

Shipping should commence early in July which means you’ll receive your shirts prior to the reunion. If you’re in the Cleveland area, Local Pickup is your best and cheapest option…

Payment Info

As usual, you don’t need to pay during the checkout process… just get your order in! This is done to help expedite the fundraiser for those of you strapped for cash.

Please pay for your shirts right after you checkout or by the very latest, the end of May. If this poses an issue for you, please let me know so you and I can make other arrangements.

Payment is due by Saturday May 31, 2025

When you place your order, you will know what your order total is and you will receive an email with the details. It will be up to you to make your payment either through Venmo or PayPal’s Friends and Family program, the same methods you used to pay for the reunion.

Remember, with either of these two, you are NOT paying for goods or services, you’re sending money to a friend. If you don’t do it correctly, you’ll create a burden for me during tax time.
