2026, Here We Come! Registration Is Open
Wendy and Dirty are our hosts this year in that “land up north” and I’m excited. The place has been picked, the deposit has been paid, they’ve toured the resort this afternoon, and we’re ready to share the details with everyone but most importantly, get reimbursed for money already spent.
The Dates
August 16-19, 2026
Sunday – Wednesday
We went back and forth a few times to lock down dates with this place and we know some people may be back in school by mid-August but that “land up north” proved challenging as most places that were in our price range have sold our already for next summer. Please also note the days are Sunday – Wednesday!
Location
We’re going to the southwest corner of the “land up north” to a place called Hop & Vine Inn. We’re taking over the entire Inn and should have a good time at this fabulous place that has lots to offer.
Deadlines
Registrations & non-refundable deposits are due by October 31, 2025. This provides just over 2 months for everyone to figure out if they can come or not. We need this to determine how much each Marine will pay. The remainder will be due by March 21, 2026.
Price
This process happens every year… we get a head count from registrations and divide the total price by the head count. This will be how much each Marine will pay.
Once registrations are done, we will announce how much you have left to pay. We’ll know by November.
As usual, deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. What’s not usual this year is the deposit is increasing to $150. This is because Hop & Vine’s payment schedule is very aggressive.
I already paid 25% the other day to lock in our dates. I’ll be paying another 25% on November 16, 2025 (9 months prior) and the final 50% by Feb 16, 2026 which is 6 months prior to our arrival.
Non-Refundable Deposit Increased to $150 for 2026
With that being said, you will be helping me out by paying your dues either early or on time so I won’t be out of pocket for too long. I can front the reunion but don’t be that guy that I always have to chase down for money.
Service Animals
What’s also new this year is for service animals, you’ll need to make sure your dog is a legitimate service dog with papers. No papers, no dog allowed. Please plan accordingly.
