Cornhole Tournament

With some people fishing and golfing on Monday, the cornhole tourney may not start until everyone gets back Monday afternoon and will most likely continue into Tuesday. If you want to participate and you know your partner, let me know.

Since I’m fishing Monday morning, I would like to get all the teams entered by the end reunion’s first day (Sunday), then y’all aren’t waiting on me to start it Monday morning.

If you didn’t know, I use Challonge.com to manage our cornhole tournaments. If you want to create your own free account, feel free to do so. You’ll be able to log your own scores, if that’s what you’re in to.

Menu

Last year, it was suggested that we reduce the number of prepared meals from breakfast, lunch, and supper down to 2. It seemed like someone was always cooking and every year there is always so much food. This year, we have reduced the meals to Brunch and Supper. We’ll also have cold cuts available for those that do get hungry mid-day. For the other meals, here’s the plan:

Sunday

Lunch (at the RP): Burgers, brats, potato/macaroni salad, & assorted chips.
Supper: Marrapode – Jambalaya & collard greens.

Monday

Brunch: Puryears – Scrambled eggs with assorted shredded cheeses, pancakes, and sausage.
Supper: Catering provided by Hog Wild BBQ.

Tuesday

Brunch: Pinkley & Haley – Sausage gravy, biscuits, and bacon.
Supper: Mooneys – Lasagna, Salad, and Garlic Bread.

What to Bring?

We have everyone else flagged as flying so they get a reprieve.

As I mentioned earlier, lunch will be provided at the rally point. We can use some of the stuff above at the RP so don’t delay getting there Cerpa, Dahl, Nidy, Ball, Dietz, Lavariere, & Rogers.
