Two Designs: One Shirt, One Winner, And One Week to Decide.

A few months ago, I announced that I was only planning to create one fundraiser shirt design for this year’s shirts. Then life threw me a curveball. While being stuck on medical leave isn’t exactly how I wanted to spend my time, it did give me something I normally don’t have much of – time to work on shirts.

As a result, I ended up creating not one, but two completely different shirt designs for this year’s fundraiser.

Now it’s your turn to decide which one will become the official 2026 Bastards Reunion shirt.

Design #1 – America 250

The first design celebrates America’s 250th Anniversary. Appropriately named America 250, this design takes inspiration from the nation’s founding and the upcoming celebration.

“in order to form a more perfect reunion”

You’ll find elements inspired by the Declaration of Independence, subdued patriotic colors, the Liberty Bell, and the official-style 250 ribbon that has become synonymous with the national anniversary celebration. It’s a patriotic design that honors both our country and the milestone year we’ll be gathering together.

Design #2 – Dirty’s Dozen

The second design pays tribute to our twelfth reunion and our hosts, “Dirty” and “Dirty” Wendy.

Inspired by the classic movie The Dirty Dozen and its iconic movie poster, this design features a woodland MARPAT background and recognizes all twelve reunion locations that have brought this group together over the years. Front and center is a portrait of Dirty himself, because if you’re going to host the reunion, you might as well end up on the shirt.

One unique feature of this design is that the area to the left of Dirty is currently transparent, allowing the shirt color to show through. Whether that stays in the final version will depend on how it looks during production, but that’s the concept for now.

Time to Vote

Voting is open immediately and will remain open through 11:59 PM on Monday, June 15th.

The design receiving the most votes will become the official 2026 Bastards Reunion fundraiser shirt.

But don’t worry – the losing design isn’t headed to the scrap pile. The runner-up design will be used on commemorative koozies that I’ll give away at the reunion. My gift to you.

What Happens Next?

Once voting closes and a winner is declared, fundraiser sales will open shortly afterward. Everyone will have until June 30th to place their orders.

After the votes are counted, I’ll announce the winning design, ordering information, pricing, and all the details you’ll need to get your hands on some reunion gear.
